Interpretation
“Zhong Kui” is the project’s public title and its clear mythological reference. It is reasonable to discuss that context, but it is an interpretation to conclude from the title alone that the playable character’s final in-game identity, role or story is confirmed.
The mythology behind the name is separate from game canon. Who is Zhong Kui? covers the traditional context without turning it into an unannounced character biography.
What remains unknown
